The house is located in an olive grove with Mediterranean plants, neighboring properties are approximately 100 m away, the owner does not reside in the house, which ensures you peace and complete privacy, and the beach, market, cafe.....is within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The house has an area of 69 m2 - kitchen and living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and dishes, the bedroom features a 160X200 bed, in the living room there are two beds 90x200, LED TV, DVD, radio, and board games. From the kitchen and living room, you can exit onto a terrace of 35 m2, with a beautiful view of the sea. The terrace is covered and equipped with an electric grill, seating set, and sun loungers.
