Payment and notes
Perlica is a traditional stone house in the center of Vodice, near the beach, shops, restaurants, and cafes. A major advantage is that upon arrival, you can park your vehicle and walk to everything you need for your vacation. Check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out time is until 10:00. Reservations can be made by phone or email. To make a reservation, you must pay 30% of the agreed-upon price for the nights to the owner's account, with the remaining amount for the agreed number of nights to be paid upon arrival. The price includes the use of air conditioning, internet, and parking for 1 vehicles. If parking for an additional vehicle is required, it must be reserved in advance and an extra fee will apply. The tourist tax is included in the price. Upon entering the house, guests are required to pay a deposit for potential damage in the amount of 250 €, which will be fully refunded after an inspection of the property, provided no damage is found following the use of the holiday home.
