Pera vacation home is located in a quiet area and in the immediate vicinity of the old center of Kaštel Stari. It is 2-3 minutes walking distance to the center and the town's beach. Near the house, there is a supermarket, bakery, bus stop, church, and a bank. The ground floor of the house features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a smart TV, and a bathroom. The living room has access to a terrace and a flowerbed. The upper floor contains 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The room with a spacious double bed has access to a terrace that offers a view of the old town and the sea. The small room has a sofa bed, so it can accommodate two people. The room next to the bathroom has a double bed and a single bed, accommodating 3 people. The house features parking, free internet, air conditioning, and the possibility to use a gas grill. A baby cot is available upon request. Hidden from traffic and noise, the house is ideal for holidays, relaxation, and safe, uninterrupted play for children.

Cancellation policy
Reservation of the house can be cancelled 45 days before arrival; in that case, we will issue a full refund of the deposit.
