The holiday home is located in a quiet area with a sea view (Brijuni). The house is equipped with new furniture. It is approximately 10 minutes' walk to the sea and a 2-minute drive to the beach. There is a café by the beach, and a walking path leads to Portić or Fažana, all the way to Valbandon. The apartment has 80m2 and a terrace with 18m2. You have the option to use a barbecue (charcoal, electric).
