Cancellation policy
The guest is entitled to a full refund if they cancel the reservation at least 14 days before the planned arrival. In case of cancellation 7 to 14 days before arrival, the guest receives a partial refund. For cancellations less than 7 days before the planned arrival, a refund is not possible.
