With an area of 90 m2, it features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room, as well as a spacious terrace offering a unique view of the blue sea, sky, and fragrant greenery of Mediterranean vegetation. The house is air-conditioned and modernly equipped for a comfortable stay (all necessary household appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, a microwave oven, and an outdoor barbecue).
