Payment and notes
To make a reservation, it is necessary to pay 20 % of the total amount for the stay in the apartment according to the sent proforma invoice. The remainder is to be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Check in is after 14:00h and check out is until 10 h.
Cancellation policy
If a guest wishes to cancel the reserved accommodation, they must do so in writing (e-mail, fax, mail). - In case the Guest cancels the reservation, the agency: - 30 or more days before the start of the reservation, the Agency has no obligation to the lessor because it returns the full advance to the guest. - 14 to 29 days before the start of the reservation, the lessor receives 50% of the total amount of the paid deposit – The Agency returns 50% of the paid deposit amount to the guest. - 1 to 13 days before the start of the reservation and on the day of the start of the reservation, the lessor receives 100% of the total amount of the paid deposit
