The holiday home is located near the sea with a beautiful view of the open ocean. It is ideal for relaxation and a break from the fast-paced lifestyle. It is a few minutes' walk to the main beach, approximately 200 meters from a shop, and the same distance from a restaurant and the main port where the catamaran and ferry dock. Everything is nearby, yet the house is situated in a peaceful location, somewhat secluded, as the last house at the end of the island is only 50 meters from the sea. The property is independent; you will have the house to yourselves (neighbors are only on one side, and there is no one else until the end of the island). It has two rooms: one bedroom with two single beds, and another room with a double bed. The house includes a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. There are also two terraces with sea views. One is large, with a table for multiple people, and the other terrace is directly accessible from the house. The house has a floor area of 38 square meters, and the covered terrace is 14 square meters, located directly in front of the entrance with a sea view. The island can be reached from Lošinj and Zadar (jadrolinija.hr or tp-line.hr). Free parking.

Payment and notes
Payment in cash upon arrival at the property. The property on Premuda can be reached by car via the ferry from Zadar (Gaženica port) or from Mali Lošinj; both routes are operated by Jadrolinija (www.jadrolinija.hr). From Zadar, you can also reach Premuda daily by the fast catamaran Kalelarga operated by TP Line (www.tp-line.hr). Tickets for both Jadrolinija and TP Line can be purchased online on their respective websites.
