Payment and notes
Payment at the end of the stay, via bank transfer or in cash. Upon booking, a deposit of 20% must be paid to the landlord's account as a sign of seriousness and to confirm the reservation. Check-in from 16 hours. Check-out by 9 hours.
Cancellation policy
The deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation of the reservation at least 45 days before the agreed arrival date. In case of no-show on the reserved date, the deposit will not be refunded.
