About this stay
House with a spectacular view, garden, and terrace, located 120 m from the beach (and offering free use of an outdoor shower), is situated in Ražanac, a picturesque tourist destination at the foot of Mount Velebit (see photos). Beautiful pebble beaches, crystal-clear water, rich underwater life, and numerous restaurants offer everything needed for a truly wonderful vacation. Every morning, the Bazar (market) in the center (distance 400 m) is accessible, offering freshly caught fish and organic fruits and vegetables. There is also private parking and fast, free WIFI. The house is equipped with everything a family needs (including families with small children—child’s cot, etc.) or a group of guests up to a maximum of 5 adults. An outdoor seating area and sun loungers are available for pleasant moments of reading and/or sunbathing in the front garden. A terrace with sea views (approximately 12 m2 and 2,5 meters above sea level) is available in the courtyard for enjoying beautiful sunsets and the stars at night, as well as for dining.

Payment and notes
A cleaning fee of 100 € per stay, a bed linen/towel fee of 50 € per stay, a pet fee of 50 € (per pet) per stay, an electricity fee of 7 € per day, and a water usage fee of 3 € per day will be added to the total accommodation price. To officially book the requested dates, the guest must pay 30% of the total price (including the above additional costs) in advance to the account that will be provided during the booking process. The remaining 70% can be paid upon arrival. The tourist tax, parking, WI-FI, and SAT TV are included in the price. Check-in time is from 13:00 to 23:00 hours. Check-out time is until 09:00 hours. My wife and I are always available during your stay as we live near the property. NOTE: The nearest city is Zadar, 24 km from Ražanac, which is a 20-minute drive by car (you can also travel by bus 3 times a day, in the morning, afternoon, and evening).
Cancellation policy
According to our business policy, if cancellation is made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, 30% of the reservation amount from the total price will NOT be refunded.
