A unique apartment. Located 20 meters from the sea. Private parking (2 cars) and a private entrance to the path leading to the beach, which is 50 meters away. The apartment is the only one with air conditioning in this bay, and guests can use free WiFi, 2 e-bikes, and 2 SUPs. On the terrace, there is also an outdoor shower with a sea view. This listing covers 2 separate apartments - included in the price. The first is a larger apartment of 40m2 with two bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, and a sofa bed for one adult or two younger children), kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The second is a studio in the basement (around 10 m2) with a bunk bed, bathroom, and an extra bed. The apartments were newly built in 2018. The apartments are completely self-sufficient and powered by solar panels. The apartment is adjacent to another identical apartment that our family uses and which is not rented out. You will be the only guests and will have a separate entrance to the beach. Vela Farska beach is a small, secluded spot and one of the rare gems of the island of Brač.

Payment and notes
Check in is at 15:00 and check out is at 10:00. In summer, there is an extremely large crowd at the ferry port in Split, so plan to arrive at the Split port up to 60 minutes before the ferry departure. We recommend arriving at your destination while it is still daylight so you can familiarize yourself with the apartment and its facilities. The last 1km of the road is gravel, which I maintain, but we advise driving slowly and carefully. The road to the apartment and parking is narrow but wide enough for a larger SUV to pass. Since there are no shops nearby, most of our guests do their shopping before arriving at the destination in Split or Supetro. The nearest shop is in Bol, but NOTE that the coastal road to Bol requires an off-road vehicle or an extremely skilled driver; definitely do not take that route if you are arriving with a low or sports car. Electricity comes from a solar system and the use of your own high-consumption devices (500W+) is not permitted. To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 1/3 of the full amount, and the remainder is paid to the same account 3 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
A refund of the deposit is possible if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the date of reservation and payment of the deposit. A refund of the deposit is not possible if the deposit was paid 3 weeks or earlier than the agreed arrival.
