About this stay
A wooden holiday house in nature, located in a small, sparsely populated Slavonian village. Ideal for escaping daily obligations and true relaxation accompanied by the singing of birds and daily visits from a pair of lovebirds (storks). The house consists of a ground floor with a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a large covered terrace. On the upper floor, there is an open gallery with a space for reading and relaxing with a view of the lake, as well as a bedroom with two beds. The house also features a mixed orchard with various fruit and berry trees that guests can help themselves to when in season (an option is to pick some for your own needs, cook your own homemade jam from organic fruit, and take it home as a souvenir). Kilometers of nature trails suitable for cycling, walking, and exploring open up before the guest. Nearby attractions are easily accessible, and the house is an ideal starting point for discovering Slavonia.

Payment and notes
Payment is in full upon arrival. Reservations are possible via email or telephone. The deposit is 20 € per day of stay throughout the year, and 50 € during the period from 20.12. to 15.01. Last minute reservations for tomorrow or for same-day arrival are not possible. The best time for arrival is in the afternoon hours, and departure can be anytime during the day.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is returned if the stay is cancelled one week before the reserved date, except in the period from 20.12. to 15.01. when the deposit is 50€ per day and is non-refundable.
