The house is a standalone unit with its own terrace, where guests can relax in the peaceful beauty of nature. It is suitable for people with disabilities. Parking is located next to the house. Sumartin is a small town situated in the southeastern part of the island of Brač. The town has several restaurants serving Dalmatian specialties, especially fresh fish. Sumartin is known as an old fishing village on the Adriatic. There are beautiful beaches and clear seas. Sumartin is on the island and is connected by a ferry from Makarska 5 times a day, with the journey taking only 45 minutes. Welcome to Sumartin!

Payment is made by paying 30 % at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of arrival. In July and August, the ideal arrival day is Saturday. In other months, any day of the week is ideal for arrival.
