About this stay
Located on the southern side of the Peljesac peninsula is Orebić, an old captain's town with a beautiful view of the island of Korčula. The holiday house is situated in the very center of Orebić, in a row of old stone captain's houses, second row from the sea. The first swimming beach is only 60m from the house. The house is exceptionally spacious across two floors and features two covered south/north terraces. On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway, while the upper floor contains two bedrooms (2 2 1 extra bed) and a small toilet. The location of the house is extremely good because within the walking zone (300-400m) you will find: the main sandy beach „Trstenica“, a pharmacy, bakeries, markets, and a market square. The house has a large enclosed courtyard with a fireplace and space for sun umbrellas and loungers. Included in the price of the house is private parking for multiple vehicles, as well as the tourist tax. Although the property is in the very center of town, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and guests enjoy complete privacy. The entire property is air-conditioned and has Wi Fi, as well as cable television. EVERYTHING is more beautiful in person!
