Holiday home "Kaja" is located in the old, quiet part of a small Dalmatian town. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. A parking space and a shaded terrace are located directly next to the house. The house spans two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a small toilet. On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. One of the rooms has access to a balcony that offers a panoramic view of the entire town. The beach is about 10 minutes walking distance from the house, and other facilities such as restaurants and shops are located at a similar distance.

Payment and notes
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 30% must be paid to the bank account. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival, in cash. Ideal arrival time is after 14:00, and departure time is until 10:00.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is returned exclusively in the case of a justified reason for cancelling the reservation (e.g., illness).
