Payment and notes
Booking inquiries are received online via e-mail or at the specified mobile number. To confirm the reservation, the Guest must, within one working day of accepting the offer, pay a deposit of 20% of the total accommodation price and fax the payment confirmation, while the remaining amount and the tourist tax are due upon arrival at the accommodation unit. Check-in to the apartment is after 14 h and check-out is until 10 in the morning.
Cancellation policy
If a guest wishes to cancel their booked accommodation, they must do so in writing (e-mail, fax, postal mail). - In the event that the Guest cancels the reservation, the agency will: - If 30 or more days remain until the start of the reservation, we will refund the full deposit to the guest. - If 14 to 29 days remain until the start of the reservation, the landlord will retain 50% of the total paid deposit – and refund 50% of the paid deposit to the guest. - If 1 to 13 days remain until the start of the reservation, and on the day the reservation begins, the landlord will retain 100% of the total paid deposit.
