Spacious holiday home, first line to the sea, with its own access to the sea and a beautiful view of the Pašman Channel and islands. The house is ideal for families with children or couples, having everything needed for a pleasant stay. A large terrace is connected to the garden and yard where most of the day is spent, while the terrace right above the sea is ideal for sunbathing and evening gatherings with a spectacular sunset. You are only a few steps from the sea, there are no crowds and you have privacy. If you have small children, a beautiful beach with shallow water is located 10 minutes walking distance from the house. Nearby is an Adventure Park for those seeking adrenaline, as well as many smaller Dalmatian towns for those wishing to explore. The town of Biograd is 15 min drive away, and Zadar is 20 minutes drive away. The beautiful Vransko Jezero nature park is also 15 min drive away. We will gladly help you and guide you through the secrets of this area, and if you are not an explorer type, simply relax and lounge by the sea
