About this stay
The house is located in the quiet place of Soline, only about 100 meters from the beach, and about a 15-minute drive to the center of the town of Krka. It is rented for a maximum of 8 people because it has 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms so that families can socialize in a common larger living area or separate if desired. Guests have at their disposal the entire house, pool and parking, while the owners live in a separate apartment with a separate entrance since it is a semi-detached house and there is another apartment for 4 people which is also rented but is completely separate and does not use the pool. Our Soline bay offers different types of beaches (concrete, sandy) as well as a very famous beach with medicinal mud that everyone can use completely free of charge. Medicinal mud is useful in treating rheumatic and skin diseases. A pine forest extends along part of the coast, so the place is also useful for those suffering from asthma. We are often visited by families with small children, because part of the coast is very shaded and provides shelter from direct sunlight all day long.

Payment and notes
After a confirmed reservation, we ask guests to pay approximately 30% of the total amount to our account and once we receive the deposit, we will also notify them by email that we have received the specified amount and that their reservation is secure. The house is ready for arrival after 16:00, and on the day of departure, it must be vacated by 10:00. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away so there is no need to use a car.
Cancellation policy
In case guests are prevented from coming, we offer an alternative date for the current or following year, to be agreed upon at the time of booking.
