The house was recently renovated while retaining traditional building materials (Vinica stone and wood). On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a sauna room, and a hallway, while the attic features two bedrooms and a spacious entrance hall (totaling 105 m2). The house has two double beds and one auxiliary bed, making it suitable for accommodating five people. The courtyard includes a secure parking space and a covered barbecue area with a small terrace. The surrounding area boasts beautiful nature, making the house ideal for nature lovers, hunters (near LD Zelendvor), and anglers (near the Drava River and the Vinica fishpond). Not far from the house are the renowned Arboretum Opeka, the Vindija Cave, and other cultural and religious sites.
