This beautiful holiday home "Emi" in the village of Bibinje, just 6 km from the ancient city of Zadar, offers a pleasant and peaceful holiday for your family. The house is located in the middle of a small peninsula. Bibinje possesses the charm of a traditional Adriatic village. Fishing boats still arrive, bringing fresh catches to the local market and restaurants. Thanks to its peaceful atmosphere, visitors will experience such rare peace and relaxation in modern life. Enjoy untouched beaches and crystal clear sea under the hot Mediterranean sun. The house is located in the very center of "Staro Selo". There are two separate spaces, each arranged for 4 people. The house offers accommodation for max 8 people, which is ideal for two families or a group of friends. Both the ground floor and the upper floor are fully equipped for your needs. The house has 3 separate bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrace on the ground floor with an outdoor grill. They can be rented separately in the pre and post season. Payment and notes
The reservation deposit amounts to 30% of the total accommodation cost and is paid to the owner's bank account, while the remaining balance is paid in cash upon arrival, along with the tourist tax (1,33 Euros per person per day). The ideal check-in time is between 12 and 16, and the property must be vacated by 10 in the morning. Check-in times can be flexible, provided prior notice is given. Upon arrival, guests must leave a refundable deposit of 50 Euros in case of material damage. Pets are allowed with prior notice.
