The house features a fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave oven, coffee machine), and air conditioning is available in each of the three bedrooms. The living room has a pull-out sofa and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms with showers and a washing machine. Three parking spaces are available on-site. The ferry port is 13 km away, with ferries and boats to Zadar departing daily at regular intervals every hour, and the journey takes 20 minutes. The island of Pašman is 35 km away and connected to Ugljan by a bridge. The island of Ugljan is known for its lush Mediterranean vegetation, beautiful coves and beaches, exceptionally clean sea, and various sports facilities (cycling, pedestrian zones). You can also purchase olive oil and brandy.
