Payment and notes
To reserve the apartment, you need to pay 20% in advance via the sent proforma invoice. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in cash or to the agency's account.
Cancellation policy
If a guest wishes to cancel their booked accommodation, they must do so in writing (e-mail, fax, postal mail). - In the event that the Guest cancels the reservation, the agency: - 30 or more days before the start of the reservation, the Agency has no obligations to the landlord, as it will refund the full deposit to the guest. - 14 to 29 days before the start of the reservation, the landlord will receive 50% of the total paid deposit – the Agency will refund 50% of the paid deposit to the guest. - 1 to 13 days before the start of the reservation and on the day the reservation begins, the landlord will receive 100% of the total paid deposit.
