Apartments ANNA 1 and ANNA 2 are part of the Kerovec family house. The house is located in a quiet street of the Artatore settlement, surrounded by greenery. It is 120 m from the beach. Entrances to the apartments are separate. The apartments are modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with utensils for food preparation and consumption. There is a dining table and a sufficient number of chairs in the kitchen. The bathroom/WC is equipped with a shower cubicle. Towels are changed every 3 days. Toilet paper is provided only upon the first arrival in the apartment. In the bedroom, there is one double and one single bed of normal dimensions. Air conditioning in the room and a ceiling fan can be used at your discretion. There is a television receiver in the room. Bed linen is changed every 7 days. The grill and garden furniture can be used upon agreement with the host. Each apartment has a parking space within the house fence, where cars are protected from the sun all day.

Payment and notes
- Payment for the rental is in cash, upon arrival at the apartment. - For reservation confirmation, a deposit of 20% is required, which is paid to the host's bank account. - The start of use of the apartment is from 14:00 hours upon arrival. Earlier start of use is possible only with prior agreement with the host. - Departure from the apartment is at the latest by 10:00 hours on the day of departure. - With prior agreement and with an addition to the base rental price, a stay in the apartment shorter than 4 days is also possible.
