About this stay
This modern hidden paradise is a completely renovated holiday house located in a tranquil bay on the island of Žižnj, at the heart of the Kornati archipelago. The island can only be reached by private boat; there are no cars, and the cove contains just a few houses, ensuring complete privacy. The house is 20 m from the sea and features its own pontoon, private concrete beach, large olive grove, and covered terrace with stunning views of the Kornati Islands. The accommodation includes an open-plan space with two double beds, a sofa bed, a modernly equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Towels, linens, and onshore parking are included in the price. The house uses solar energy and water from a tank, offering an authentic island experience with all necessary comforts. There are no shops or Wi-Fi on the island, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature, the crystal-clear sea, and the starry sky.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay price is required, while the remaining amount is paid upon arrival (check-in) – in cash or before arrival via bank transfer, according to your preference.
