Here, there is also a large living room connected to a sofa bed for two people. The ground floor also includes a separate toilet. The upper floor has 3 rooms with air conditioning, each accommodating two people, and a balcony of 12 m2. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and another toilet within the bathroom. Payment and notes
Payment is made by paying an advance of 15-20% to the owner's account for booking the stay. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival in Baška. The price listed in the price list is indicative; for stays of 10 days or longer, arrangements are made directly with the owner, and discounts may be available. All costs (air conditioning, parking, taxes, bed linen, and towels) are included in the price. Final cleaning is the only additional charge and amounts to 100 Euros. No fee is charged for stays of 14 days or more.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is refundable in case of cancellation 35 days before arrival.
