The bus station is 500m, 30 km Rijeka, Pula Airport 70 km, and Rijeka (Krk) Airport 25 km. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 3 bathrooms, and a capacity of 6-8 people (with 2 extra beds). Check-in: 14, 30 - 19, 00 hours. Check-out from 7, 00 - 10, 00 hours. Payment in advance via proforma invoice to the IBAN account of PBZ bank or via WESTERN UNION transfer or through the post office. Deposit = 350 EUR is returned after inspecting the house upon departure. Rent payment can be made in installments before arrival or the remaining balance upon arrival in advance, according to the proforma invoice and in agreement with the renters. Cancellation policy
The deposit can be returned to the guest IN CASE OF CANCELLATION 60 days before arrival. The pre-reservation must be paid in advance in the amount of the deposit, which will be fully returned to the guest upon departure and return of the keys. The rental fee is paid upon arrival, in full when collecting the house keys, according to the issued invoice, or via bank 3 days in advance.
