With free Wi-Fi and free parking for 3 cars, it offers air-conditioned accommodation units. The Villa covers 210 square meters and is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area and living room of 45 square meters, perfect for socializing. It also features a covered terrace with garden furniture and a large American gas grill for a pleasant holiday experience. The entire courtyard is enclosed by a beautiful wrought-iron fence and Mediterranean vegetation. It is only 200 meters from the beach, and just 100 m meters from the market, restaurants, marketplace, doctor, and post office. You don't need a car—you can do everything on foot.

Payment and notes
When making a reservation, 30% of the price is paid, and the remaining amount is paid directly to the owner upon arrival for your annual vacation. Check-in time is after 14 hours. Check-out time is by 10 hours. Guests must respect the house rules and not make noise after 23 hours. If guests do not respect the house rules, the owner may cancel their accommodation without the right to a refund of the money already paid. House parties are not allowed in this property. The property is adapted for elderly and disabled persons. All rooms are located on the ground floor. Spend a carefree vacation with your pet, as pets are welcome in this house with prior notice (with an additional fee of 15 EUR per day paid to the owner). Upon arrival, a deposit of 500 EUR is paid as security for inventory damage at Villa Rosales. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned in full, as the amount paid upon arrival. Parking for 3 cars is free.
Cancellation policy
The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled before the start of the season, i.e., by 01 05. 2023 year. Villa Rosales has 4 bedrooms of 16 square meters each. Room 1 has a 90x200 bed and a large double bed of 180x200. Room 2 has a 90x 200 bed and a large double bed of 180x200. Room 3 has a large double bed of 200x200 and a children's bed. Room 4 has a large double bed of 180x200 and an ironing board. The living room features a corner sofa that can be extended into a 2 bed. Bathroom 1 has a bathtub and a toilet. Bathroom 2 has a shower cabin, bidet, toilet, and washing machine. Bathroom 3 has an accessible shower cabin for disabled guests and wheelchair access + a raised toilet with a flush handle. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, a dishwasher, and complete utensils.
