Heritage House Pjaca is a beautiful holiday home located in the very heart of the city's historic core. With its massive stone walls, almost half a meter thick, it exudes security, elegance, and monumentality. It was first renovated in 2005, and thoroughly restored again in 2026, just before opening its doors to guests. Payment and notes
Check-in: from 16:00h Check-out: until 10:00h To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price must be paid. The deposit will be fully refunded for cancellations made at least 30 days before the planned arrival. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, and we will retain the full amount paid. The remaining accommodation cost must be paid according to the agreed reservation terms.
Cancellation policy
The condition for confirming the reservation is the payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total reservation value. In the event of cancellation of the reservation 30 or fewer days before arrival, Pjaca retains the paid deposit amount.
