This charming, newly renovated house spans 45 m² of interior space, featuring two comfortable bedrooms, an elegant bathroom, and a modernly equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils. The dining area and living room with a TV offer a cozy space for socializing. Every room is air-conditioned for your utmost comfort. In front of the house, there is a spacious covered stone terrace (70 m²) with a dining table, seating area, and barbecue – an ideal spot for morning coffee, a leisurely breakfast with a book in hand, or evening gatherings under the sunset.

Payment and notes
Payment in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Check-in 14:00-22:00 Check-out no later than 10:00 Please notify us of your arrival time one day in advance via the phone number or email. Pet fee per day: 20€
Cancellation policy
The deposit serves primarily to protect the owner from abuse of fake reservations. Upon payment of the deposit, the guest secures a reservation for a specific date.
