Newly renovated holiday home in the center of Sutivan, a few minutes from the beach with a beautiful sea view. Garden house Sutivan is located on 800m2 land with a spacious Mediterranean garden and can accommodate 8+1 guests in 4 bedrooms. The ground floor is dominated by a large open living room/dining room with a fireplace for colder nights and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. From the living room, you have access to an outdoor dining terrace with a sea view and sun loungers. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with two separate beds and one bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to the upper floor with three bedrooms (two with double beds and a balcony, one with two separate beds) and two bathrooms. In the basement, there is a foosball table and a gaming console with an additional bathroom featuring a washing machine. Parking for two vehicles is right by the house entrance, and outside there is a traditional grill with an additional table and chairs. The garden contains olive trees and a large fig tree, with access to the beach through the garden.

Payment and notes
Deposit 30%, the remainder of payment at least two days before arrival. Upon receipt of full payment, we send a code for the electronic lock, self check-in by arrangement from 16, check out until 10 hours.
Cancellation policy
30% for booking confirmation after which you will receive a voucher for booking confirmation, the remainder to the account at least 2 days before arrival after which the code for the electronic lock is sent. The owner is available by phone and arrives if necessary.
