A fully equipped and modern villa without a pool, located in the hinterland of Soline, 15 minutes from the center of Krk or 10 minutes from Malinska, and 2 minutes from Soline Beach. Numerous other attractions on the island of Krk are just a short drive away. Our villa is four-star quality, situated at an altitude of 200 meters, offering a beautiful sea view, with a garden of 900 m² and parking for 5 vehicles. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms/toilets, and an additional toilet on the ground floor, two kitchens, and two living areas with a sofa bed for 1-2 people. Additionally, the house has 4 terraces, a barbecue, and a children's playground with a swing. The villa is located in the holiday village settlement of Gornja Hlapa near Soline, in the municipality of Dobrinj on the island of Krk. A beautiful rooftop terrace is also available for romantic sunsets and sunbathing with views of the Kvarner Bay and Velebit.

Payment and notes
Book your desired date in advance before it's too late! To make a reservation, you need to select a date (one or two weeks, Saturday to Saturday, in July and August; during the pre-season and post-season, reservations can be made by agreement (4-7 days), arrange details, and then pay 30 % of the total price, with the remaining balance due upon arrival at the property. Cleaning is not included in the price and will be added to the final invoice. It costs +€ 100.- as a one-time fee per accommodation unit/apartment; for the entire house, cleaning costs +€ 200.- Guests may check in from 15:00 and must check out by 9:00.
