A small eco-villa located in a beautiful setting of olive trees and traditional stone walls that provide complete peace, privacy, and relaxation. This true oasis of peace is ideal for escaping everyday life and enjoying nature, silence, and the Mediterranean atmosphere. The villa has a large private parking area and a spacious yard with a pool, sun loungers, and a BBQ for pleasant outdoor gatherings. On the large terrace, there is a corner lounge area for resting and a large dining table perfect for family lunches and evening gatherings. For extra relaxation, there are two swings located under pine trees, where you can enjoy the shade and the scent of the Mediterranean. The cottage is fully equipped for a comfortable and carefree holiday and includes TV, WiFi, kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, outdoor shower, and a comfortable sofa that can serve as an extra bed. A perfect place for anyone seeking peace, nature, and a true holiday for soul and body.

Payment and notes
The payment model is cash upon arrival and a 10% deposit of the total rental price. Arrival time is possible from 15:00h and departure from 10:00h. Pets are welcome. For their stay, a one-time additional cleaning fee of 50 € is charged. We ask guests not to leave pets alone in the accommodation and to take care of the furniture and the property surroundings.
Cancellation policy
Refund of the deposit is possible with cancellation of the reservation one month before the agreed date.
