About this stay
This beautiful traditional Dalmatian stone house is located in the old part of the town of Betina on the island of Murter. The house consists of a kitchen, a large living room, and one bathroom on the ground floor; a second bathroom with three bedrooms is located on the first floor. A large terrace with garden furniture is located on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Parking is approximately 150 meters from the house and is included in the apartment price. Apartment cleaning is charged an additional 100 euros (one-time).

Payment and notes
If you wish to book, we will send you a proforma invoice, for which it is necessary to pay 20% of the total amount for the stay in the house to complete the reservation. Check in is from 14 h and check out is until 10 h.
Cancellation policy
If the reservation is cancelled 30 or more days before departure, we will refund the full amount of the deposit to the guest. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit remains with the owner of the house.
