About this stay
The family house is located in the beautiful, peaceful village of Vrsi Mulo, which is 20 km away from Zadar and 5 km from the royal town of Nin, and approximately 2,5 hours' drive from Zagreb. Two apartments are available for rent on the first floor of the house. Each apartment offers a sea view, a dishwasher, a washing machine, two balconies, a private parking space in front of the house, WiFi, air conditioning, and more. The pebbly Mulo Beach is just 200 m down the street and features amenities for children and adults (a children's park, café bars, beach volleyball, restaurants, sunshade and deckchair rental, pedal boats, jet skis, etc.). Other beaches (sandy, rocky, and pebbly) are also nearby: the sandy Ričina Beach (with two beach bars, volleyball in the shallows, etc.), the idyllic pebbly Duboka Draga surrounded by rocks from which young people enjoy jumping into the crystal-clear sea, and a large pine forest with a promenade and beaches along the sea, offering natural shade for those who enjoy peace, quiet, and untouched nature. Shops, a butcher shop, a bakery, a market, etc., are less than 5 minutes' walk away.
