About this stay
Zona Apartments are located in Orebić, about 200 meters from the sea, beach, and promenade. A shop and restaurant are about 30 meters away, and other daily amenities are in the immediate vicinity, making the accommodation practical even for guests who do not want to use a car during their holiday. Six accommodation units are offered: apartments and studios with their own kitchen and a double room without a kitchen. All units have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a kettle. Parking, final cleaning, and tourist tax are included in the price. A shared terrace and BBQ area are available to guests. There is a cafe bar within the family house which usually closes around 22:00 or 22:30. We take special care of our guests' peace during the evening.

Payment and notes
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total price of the stay must be paid. Arrival is possible after 14:00, and departure is until 10:00. Air conditioning, final cleaning, parking, and tourist tax are included in the price. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation units. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the terraces. Pets are not allowed. The final facade on the upper floor of the building is not yet completed. The facility is fully functional, and there is no construction work during the tourist season.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the paid deposit is non-refundable. Exceptionally, subject to agreement with the host, the deposit can be transferred to another date, depending on accommodation availability.
