Apartmani Zec are located in the old and peaceful part of the beautiful coastal town of Selce. All essential amenities (beach, town center, shops, pharmacy) are in the immediate vicinity, at a distance of 300 meters or 3-4 minutes' walk. Although situated in the center of the old town, each apartment has its own designated parking space at 300m. Access to the apartments by car for luggage drop-off/pick-up is provided. The exclusive holiday home Aurea ID80474 is located in the old town core; car access is possible, as is private parking at a distance of 400m. Each apartment is cleaned and disinfected by the cleaning agency between guest stays. Every apartment has a separate entrance. The apartments are fully equipped, air-conditioned, and feature satellite TV and free Internet-WIFI. They have everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The apartments are exclusively for non-smokers; pets are not allowed. Regular check-in time is from 15-18h, and guests can be accommodated until 18-20h. For special circumstances, prior notice is required.

Payment and notes
We do not accept group bookings—multiple families, friends, or reservations for multiple apartments. We reserve the right to cancel such bookings without a refund. A deposit of 30% is required upon booking, with confirmation via a “booking voucher.” If a vacancy exists, it is possible to book a stay shorter than 7 nights with prior arrangement. In such cases, an additional agency cleaning and disinfection fee of 70EUR will be charged. Full payment is due upon arrival and before entering the apartment, in cash or in advance to our account with proof of payment. An auxiliary bed for apartment ID: 70306 costs an additional 15 EUR per night. Check-in to the apartment on the day of arrival is between 15:00 and 18:00. Check-out on the day of departure is by 10:00. The use of personal 220V electrical appliances (other than mobile phone and tablet chargers) is not permitted (e.g., electric grills, kettles, heaters, fans, etc.). Any damage resulting from improper handling or irresponsible behavior beyond the instructions provided in the Apartment Book (House book) will be charged to the guest.
Cancellation policy
Refund of the deposit is possible with a written cancellation sent to the email address at least 15 days before the reserved arrival date. Phone or verbal cancellations are not possible.
