About this stay
In the beautiful small bay of Petarčica, right by the coast, we have moored Zavala like a large white ship. From its windows and terraces, the view extends all the way to the horizon, while the sound of waves and wind evokes a sense of sailing. The apartments are located right on the seashore, near the unique pebble beach and the Petarčica cave. The house is secluded, surrounded by pine forest. It is ideal for family summer vacations, as well as for anyone who wants to enjoy nature and the clear sea. If you are a lover of untouched nature or simply want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax from everything, we are here to be your second home in summer and throughout the year. Zavala is beautiful always.

Payment and notes
On the day of arrival, you may enter the apartment after 16 hours, and on the day of departure, you must leave it by 10 hours. Additional charges: Tourist tax (10 kn/day/person and 5 kn/day/child (12-18 years old), Air conditioning use is not mandatory and is charged separately: 40 EUR/week. Final cleaning 40 EUR. Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation policy
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit in the amount of 30%. The remaining amount can be paid in cash or via online banking before or upon your arrival in Zavala. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards. In the event of a later arrival or earlier departure, all reserved days will be charged at the regular rate. In the case of cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. We recommend that guests arrange for travel insurance.
