We offer you two independent apartments with areas of 85m2 and 90m2 on the first and second floors, a perfect choice for two families or a group traveling together who want to enjoy Zadar while maintaining privacy and comfort. The house consists of two independent apartments: an apartment with a spacious terrace on the first floor A4+1 (id 54053) and an apartment with French balconies on the second floor A4 (id 54054). The ground floor has an independent entrance and is used by the host. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and apartment A4 also has another WC/laundry room. The apartment with the terrace offers large outdoor space and the possibility of an extra bed for a fifth person, while the upper apartment with French balconies is bright and airy. Guests have free use of air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free parking on the premises. The accommodation is in a quiet residential area, close to beaches, shops and restaurants, and the historic center of the city of Zadar is 2,5 km away.
