A beautiful, comfortable house featuring a pool 32m2, alongside which there are 10 sun loungers and a corner sofa set available for use. Adjacent to this is a very lovely summer kitchen with a large grill in Dalmatian style, where you can relax and enjoy. The house has 3 apartments, modernly furnished, with two bedrooms. Each room, as well as the living area, is air-conditioned, and features large terraces with stunning views, shielded from prying eyes. On these terraces there are 2 comfortable sun loungers and other terrace furniture. The crystal-clear sea is about 90 m away. You have a choice of beaches: from natural rocky shores and concrete beaches to a beautiful beach with smooth pebbles, ideal for everyone, especially younger children, where you can enjoy the shade of pine trees and the chirping of birds. The house is located in the peaceful bay of Mavarčice, 4 km from Trogir, 8 km from the airport, and 26 km from Split. With the new Čiovo bridge and the new road, traffic congestion has disappeared, and you can wake up every morning in peace and quiet, with birds singing, while everything else is now so close at hand.

Payment and notes
Prices are quoted in € for weekly apartment rental. The minimum stay in July and August is 7 days, with check-in and check-out possible on any day. Upon booking, a deposit of 40% of the total apartment rental price is required, with the remaining balance in euros due upon arrival. Important: We wash bed linen and towels at 95 degrees, and everything is disinfected. We can prepare meals using organic vegetables from our garden, offer homemade wine, brandy, baked bread, pastries, and also provide grocery delivery. THEREFORE, it is an ideal place for a vacation with plenty of daily care, from serving cold drinks by the pool, coffee that you can also brew yourself using the coffee machines in the tavern located next to the pool, to seasonal fruit, smoothies.... .

We have ideal conditions for isolation at our villa Nealeona, so you can spend an unforgettable vacation even under these circumstances.
