The apartments are located in a quiet area, approximately 50 meters from the natural sandy beach of Ždrijac, and 350 meters from the old town center of Nin, where you will find numerous restaurants, souvenir shops, stores, and many historical sights. In the immediate vicinity, about 50 meters away, there is a mini-market, a bakery, two cafes, and a fast-food restaurant. Various sports activities are available on Ždrijac Beach, such as kite-surfing, wind-surfing, boat rentals, umbrellas, and sunbeds. With a leisurely ten-minute walk, you can reach Solana Nin and the Salt Museum. Likewise, from the center of Nin, you can visit the attractive Resort Zaton by tourist train.
