About this stay
Our apartments are located in Tučepi, on the second and third floors of a family house, near the beach (100 m), a shop (50 m), sports playgrounds (300 m), numerous restaurants, and the town center (800m). All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, free WiFi, towels, and bed linen. They are regularly maintained. The larger apartments (ap 5 and ap 6) have a dishwasher. Parking is available in a garage, with each guest receiving their own garage key. Guests also have access to a washing machine (free of charge). The beach near the house is well-maintained and sandy. There is a pine forest providing natural shade along the entire beach. The promenade along the beach is closed to traffic. A discount is available for longer stays (over 7 days) or to accommodate existing bookings.

Payment and notes
Please contact us for available dates and pricing. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment of 20% of the total amount. Check-in is at 14 hours / 1am; check-out at 10 pm. Early arrival or extended stay is only possible by prior arrangement, with an additional charge of 10 € / hour.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
