These luxurious sea-view apartments are located in a building complex in a quiet area. All apartments are modernly equipped with two or even three air conditioners and smart TVs in the living rooms and bedrooms. The building features a large saltwater swimming pool (36 m2) for communal use, which is open from May to October, with temperatures typically reaching 20-26°C. The building has a total of 12 apartments. The building has a fully enclosed private parking lot. A large pebble beach is also located nearby, and an excellent restaurant offering a selection of local specialties is in the adjacent building. All apartments are equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Payment and notes
You can check in to the accommodation after 14:00, and on the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00. After making a reservation, the guest is charged a deposit of 50% of the total price. Additional costs not included in the price of the stay, which are paid at the reception on the day of arrival: check-in fee of 5,00 € per person (one-time) and tourist tax of 2,00 € per person per day. Check-in and key collection take place at the "Šiloturist" Tourist Agency at the address Na vodici 2, 51515 Šilo, Croatia.
Cancellation policy
For cancellation 60 days before the start of service, the full amount of the deposit (50% of the service cost) is charged and there is no refund option. For cancellation 14 days before the start of service, the full amount of the service (100% of the service cost) is charged and there is no refund option.
