Villa Vienna Apartments are located in Zambratija, a peaceful fishing village, just 300m from the nearest sandy beach and 3km from the center of Umag. The house is situated at the end of a quiet street with almost no car traffic and is surrounded by forests, vineyards, and olive groves.
