A deposit is mandatory for a fixed reservation 10 % of the estimated stay amount, payable via PBZ bank IBAN directly to the account, or via postal money order or WESTERN UNION at the post office. Cancellation policy
The key deposit is paid as a down payment for the agreed accommodation in the amount of 200-350 EUR, depending on the size of the accommodation, directly via IBAN to the landlord's official account. The deposit for potential damage and the keys will be returned to the guest in cash on the day of departure. The apartment rental can be paid either in advance via the IBAN account 3 days before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival. Cancellation of the apartment booking is accepted 30 days in advance during peak season, and the deposit will be returned to the guest via bank transfer. For last-minute cancellations, the deposit will not be returned to the guest.
