Payment and notes
Payment of a deposit of 20% is required before booking the apartment, with the remaining balance due upon arrival at the accommodation. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival. The reservation is valid only after the deposit has been paid. Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is by 10:00 or by arrangement. The tourist tax is included in the price.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation of the accommodation booking 40 days before the reserved arrival date, and a refund of the amount 50% is issued up to 20 days before arrival. The possibility of arranging a new date depends on the availability of accommodation units.
