About this stay
Villa Pinia is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Prematura, next to a pine forest and the road leading to Kamenjak Nature Park. The nearest wild beach is a 10 minute walk away. On the ground floor of the villa, there is the renovated Lavandula apartment registered for 4 people, which has access to a terrace with a fireplace and gas grill, as well as a courtyard. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. The studio is registered for two people and has a beautiful terrace under wisteria. A closed and covered parking space is located behind the house, so cars are always in the shade.
