About this stay
Apartments of various sizes are located in a family house situated in one of the nicer and quieter streets in Selce, a settlement that is part of the City of Crikvenica, located only about 250 m or approximately 3-4 min walk to the sea and beach. The house is very easy to reach and not difficult to find, by turning from the main road – highway immediately after the bus stop straight towards the sea. The house is about 350 m from the center of Selce, or about 5 min walk, where shops, Konzum market, post office, ATMs, pharmacy, tourist information center, restaurants, cafe bars, pastry shops, souvenir shops, and a small harbor are located. A smaller shop is located about 100 m from the house. A small clinic is also located about 100 m from the house. The center of Crikvenica is about 3 km away, which can be reached via a promenade along the sea. A diving center is located at the nearest beach, only about 250 m or 3-4 min walk from the house, and Tunar and Poli beaches are about 350 m from the house.

Payment and notes
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price is required. The remaining amount of the accommodation price is paid directly at the house exclusively in cash upon arrival and check-in. Published prices are valid for 4 or more nights. For 1-3 nights, which are an exception when acceptable, the published price increases: for a stay of 1 night by 50%, for a stay of 2 nights by 30%, for a stay of 3 nights by 20%. Check-in: after 14, 00 hours on the day of arrival, Check-out: no later than 10, 00 hours on the day of departure. Only guests registered in an individual apartment are allowed to stay in the accommodation unit. Staying or visiting from other apartments in the house or any visits by other persons to the accommodation units or the surroundings of the house is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. We do not accept group reservations for staying in multiple apartments simultaneously!
Cancellation policy
By paying the deposit amount, the offer for the reserved period of stay is accepted and the reservation is confirmed. The remainder of the stay price according to the accepted offer is paid at the house exclusively in cash immediately upon arrival and check-in. Subsequent changes to the accepted offer and confirmed reservation for the reserved period of stay from the offer are not possible. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation for any reason, the paid deposit represents the cancellation fee to the landlord for the cancelled reservation.
