About this stay
Villa Nada apartments are located in a quiet street 100 meters from the sea. Each apartment has its own entrance and its own balcony or terrace. The owners also reside in the same house and are always available to guests. Walking down to the sea, you will reach a cafe, boat rentals, and a little further, a beach where there is always enough space. The house is surrounded by lush greenery pleasant for staying. We accept pets.

Payment and notes
Upon contacting the owner, payment for the stay goes directly to the owner's account. After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total price of the stay is paid. Once the payment reaches the account, the owner sends confirmation of payment and the reservation of the stay. The remainder of the price is paid upon arrival at the apartment in cash or to the owner's account. The guest has no other costs besides the price of the apartment. Guest arrivals and departures can be on any day of the week. The best communication for booking is via email.
Cancellation policy
The paid deposit serves to ensure the owner that the guest will arrive at the apartment. A guest who has paid the deposit is assured they will arrive at the apartment. Therefore, we do not have a custom of accepting cancellations and returning the deposit. Only if the guest proves that they were prevented by some force majeure (illness and similar) will we return the deposit.
