Apartment in a house with a garden in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the beach. Ideally located in a quiet part of the lively Mediterranean tourist town of Crikvenica on the Adriatic coast. The house consists of only 2 apartments, has private parking, and is 200 meters from the sea. The house features a large garden with several terraces and a barbecue area, and is isolated from crowds and noise. We are a pet-friendly property. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are located near the house. The town of Crikvenica is only 2,5 km from the house, easily accessible by car or on foot along the sea. You can enjoy various sports activities, such as boat rental, water sports, tennis, or mini-golf. The location of the house is ideal for day trips to national parks (Plitvice Lakes, Risnjak Park...) and beautiful towns (Rovinj, Opatija, Zagreb...).
