Area: 40 m², and 10 m2 of covered private terrace in a quiet area of Baška with a view of the garden and a peaceful street. The property is located just 5 minutes' easy walk from Vele Beach and all amenities. The beautiful Mirica apartments feature one double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a washing machine and detergent, a kitchen with cookware, a refrigerator and a hairdryer, a living room with an extendable sofa and a 5 cm mattress topper for comfort, an ironing board and iron, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a hot air fryer. One apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartments are modernly equipped with free Wi-Fi, free parking under solar panels, air conditioning, a private terrace, a TV, satellite TV, a safe, bed linen, and towels. All 4 of our apartments are identical and equally equipped. There is a free electric vehicle charging station in the parking lot – available upon request! A barbecue is available in the garden for guests' use. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

The reservation is valid only after payment of the deposit of 30% at the Bank, with the remaining balance payable in cash upon arrival. After a visible payment of the deposit at the Bank, we will send a reservation confirmation-voucher. You may cancel the reservation 30 days before the reserved arrival date, with a 100% refund of the deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be retained in full.
